Doors and hours
The Arrowhead opens on event nights. Door times are different for every show, so check your event’s page in the Events section for doors, set times and any age restriction. The venue is not open to the public on non-event days — for tours and booking inquiries, email info@thearrowheadcalgary.com to make an appointment.
Getting here
By car: The Arrowhead is on Macleod Trail, about ten minutes south of downtown Calgary, at the back of the Macleod Village plaza. Get directions.
By CTrain: 39 Avenue station on the Red Line is a 10–15 minute walk.
By bus: Calgary Transit routes run along Macleod Trail; check the Calgary Transit trip planner for the stop nearest 4630 Macleod Trl.
Rideshare and taxis: drop-off and pick-up at the main entrance off the parking lot.
Parking
Free parking is available in the on-site lot, including wheelchair-accessible stalls.
Tickets
Buy tickets only through the official links on our Events page. We cannot validate tickets bought from third-party resellers, and tickets from unauthorized sources may be refused at the door.
Getting in
Bring valid government-issued photo ID — two pieces may be requested. A smart dress code is in place: closed-toe shoes are required, and slippers, sandals and offensive prints are not permitted. Entry is at management’s discretion. Full details are on the FAQ page.
Accessibility
The Arrowhead has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, accessible parking stalls and accessible washrooms. If you have an access need, email info@thearrowheadcalgary.com before the event and we will help arrange it.
Inside the venue
The room is mostly standing room for concerts, with bar seating, booths and reservable tables. VIP bottle service is available on event nights — see Bottle Service. Coat check is available on event nights.
